The 7 New Rules Of Selling In 2010

OK, I realize that this is a new economy and everyone is scared witt-less.  However, one of my colleagues, Marlon Sanders just put together and has just released a superb new video.  It opened my peepers to a some cools new methods.  He calls it  ”the 7 New Rules of Selling In 2010″

He covers these 7 new rules of marketing in 2010  in video … so it’s easy for you to see.

In a nutshell, here’s bit of an overview:

Rule Number One: The foundation: The “Value Proposition”  -  ALL marketing and selling in 2010 is the “Value Proposition”

Rule Number Two:   Supped Up, Hyper- Speed New Product Availability – There’s a proliferation of new products and services at hyperspeed

Rule Number Three:  Don’t sell in a vacuum ever again. Period.

Rule Number Four:  Do NOT sell a product or service.  Stories sell.  You sell a set of experiences.  Share your experiences genuinely.

Rule Number Five:   Same Strategy:  Different Tactics

Rule Number Six:   Your new sales formula: create and implement a Value Proposition.

Rule Number Seven:  Winning Marketers in 2010 who will win, must sell a superior set of experiences.   AND they must do a superior job of COMMUNICATING that set of superior experiences to their TARGET customers.
