I know the economic times of the planet are in crisis. As headlines around the world scream about job layoffs, I think the terrible effects will begin to be felt very shortly once all these layoffs come into effect.
There are many more companies hitting the bricks. I’ve heard from a friend’s sister that a large hardware store chain is closing 500 stores (no it’s NOT Home Depot, although they’re laying off too) and she’s been given a week’s notice. There are a lot of people in crisis mode and a whole lot of hurt is happening.
The good news is that creativity will once again begin to flourish after a time, and a lot of people will become self-reliant and self-sustaining through interactive, productive efforts … and a huge portion of that will most likely be online. People building their own businesses and capitalizing on niches where they have expertise will become the way of the future – because of necessity. And in spite of necessity, people will once again begin to flourish.
All the more reason to buckle up, and GRAB that free e-book that I’ve posted for you. Don’t believe me? A couple of decades of research and over 500 top business leaders can’t be wrong!
