Depression Good For The Economy?

If necessity breeds innovation and innovation creates jobs and brings something better into the hands of the public … then perhaps the above headline is true.

One of the things I did know from personal study is that the primary melt-down that brought in the Great Depression was largely because of a lack of credit – overnight credit was not available and thousands of businesses had their loans called even though they were not in default.

Sound familiar does it?  Well today’s crisis is compounded by the huge numbers of families whose loans have had their terms renewed at higher interest than what they qualified at – resulting in the and start of the mess we have today … and once that marches on into credit card debt, compounded by the lack of credit now available to even good solid businesses … well I guess millions of people are going to have to become VERY resourceful very quickly.

The good news is that many online marketers are already on their way, others have just started and more are fumbling.  Some, like me with the help of people like Alex Jeffreys, Yanik Silver, Tellman Knudson, Tim Kerber  and Jeff Walker are just beginning to hit the ground running – and we’re willing to help those whom we can along the way.

Online home based businesses are exploding, but also, if you read Dane’s daily reviews you’ll find that many direct sales types of businesses are expanding exponentially too.  Businesses such as Avon, Nu-Skin, Party-lite and others like them.
