Last night I just got back from a road trip with my dad. I had picked him up from the cottage (1100 km away) and brought him to see his specialist in the big city. Because my condo association doesn’t allow pets, dad had to stay in a hotel (where he’s stayed often before).

Comprehensive – against all types of loss/perils PLUS Glass Coverage (separate and not part of comprehensive) and you will also need coverage for Vehicle Rental coverage such as Budget , Enterprise etc. ASK your insurance agent! Just remember – Of course you will still be out of pocket for the amount of your deductible! Whatever you do – get the coverage – you will thank me later.
